In Samoan, The word Mau means 'opinion' or 'testimony'. But in 'Pouchspeak', which is the newly sanctioned language of Kangol, Mau means 'truth' or 'destiny'.

So anywhere in or outside of Samoa, the truth lies in the blue woven label, the attaching string, the generic blue swinger...our destiny somewhere in the stitching. The Bamboo Mau Cap requires poetic license...it absolutely requires it.
