This is the most traditonal style in the Panama hat. Tabacco in colour it comes with a 7 cm brim choice of Petersham band. A hat for more formal wear it is a lightweight and very durable hat.

This finer woven Grade 12 Fino hat is the Toquilla palm Ecuadorian hat at it's best. See and feel the quality of the finer weave.

These hats are hand woven from a natural fibre of a palm-like plant know as Paja Toquilla (or Carludovia Palmata). Grown only in two regions of Ecuador, and at altitudes of no more than 1,000 metres.
