Shipping
All our products are delivered by Australian Post, unless you request other means. Freight prices are calculated on the current Australia Post rate for parcels or boxes depending on hats dimensions (within Australia & Worldwide). Note most hats are boxed so freight charges will reflect this in the postage rate.
Please make sure you provide us with a safe delivery address. We can not be held responsible for items that are stolen from insecure letter boxes or postal address. For this reason our parcels will be carded for pick up at the nearest Post Office if nobody is home at time of delivery.
We offer Regular or Registered Post. Shipping times may vary from State to State, and by country. Estimated shipping times can be advised on request. Note: If you need the item Tracked or Insurance included, please choose the Registered Post option.
Shipping cost estimates are available on all hats. Simply select the items you wish to purchase then "add to cart", once you have added your items to your shopping cart select the Estimate Shipping & Tax button. You can then estimate shipping to your address.
Goods are 'usually' shipped the same or next business day as purchased if they are in stock and not on back order.
If you wish to use another shipping service please contact us to make arrangements.
Returns Policy
The Hat Shop will exchange items within 14 days of purchase if the item happens to be either incorrect size or colour.
We would of course ask for a copy of your original receipt/order number, and tags must still be in place to receive a exchange. (Note if tags have been removed the hat is deemed to have been worn, and no exchange can be given).
We do not refund goods outright, but will be more than happy to give you a store credit.
Customers will be liable for any freight costs incurred for returns-both ways.
Please specify carefully the new size or colour that you are seeking.
Where possible please contact us before sending any exchange/returns, this enables us to give you a faster more efficient return service. All returns are to be sent to the Po Box listed on your invoice.
If by some chance your order is sent incorrectly buy us, we will of course cover all freight costs.
